The Level 1 DER Interface is managed directly by the Level 3 Controller but via the SCADA/DMS Control channels.

Centralised (Hybrid) 

​

The Level 1 DER Interfaces are managed directly by the Level 3 Controller and also the SCADA/DMS System.
